Kelly

Delp

Founder & CEO

Kelly is the Founder & CEO of First Press Collective, where she leads the firm’s vision and advisory work at the intersection of communication, reputation, and guest experience.

She brings executive-level experience as a Chief Communications Officer, advising leadership teams on how to articulate strategy, shape perception, and communicate with clarity in moments that matter. Her work spans corporate, nonprofit, and international contexts, with a focus on aligning message with experience.

Kelly spent over a decade living and working in Paris, where she led in globally diverse environments and developed a nuanced understanding of how culture and communication work together. That perspective continues to inform her approach: thoughtful, precise, and grounded in how people actually experience a brand.

Her work is anchored in a clear belief: the way we tell our story matters.

Through First Press Collective, Kelly helps wineries define and express the story of their wine with intention, ensuring that brand, communication, and guest experience are aligned from the first impression onward.

Aaron

Wannamaker

Principal, Hospitality & Wine Experience

Aaron serves as Principal, Hospitality & Wine Experience at First Press Collective, where he leads the firm’s work in shaping world-class guest experience.

As the firm’s lead authority on hospitality and wine experience, Aaron works in close partnership with Kelly to deliver integrated advisory services that align product, environment, and guest interaction. His work is grounded in a clear premise: exceptional wine must be matched by an equally intentional experience.

Aaron holds a WSET Level 3 Award in Wines as well as certification through the Court of Master Sommeliers. He has served as Lead Sommelier across multiple tasting rooms in the Okanagan, bringing both technical expertise and a deep, practical understanding of the region’s guest expectations and hospitality standards.

He also brings more than two decades of experience in international, high-touch guest service, shaping his instinct for hospitality across cultures, expectations, and environments. This global perspective informs a disciplined, detail-oriented approach to how guests are welcomed, guided, and remembered.

Aaron focuses on the moments that define how your wine’s story is received - how guests are welcomed, how wine is introduced, and how each interaction contributes to a cohesive, lasting experience.

He anchors First Press Collective’s core mission: helping wineries tell their story through exceptional guest experiences. His strengths lie in his ability to coneptualize the story our wineries tell as well as his precision in creating a five-star experience.
